Where do we go from here?

In November of 2019 things were going so well, the economy was roaring, troops were being sent home, the UN was being forced to “pay their fair share,” little fat boy rocket man was relatively quiet, the biggest purveyor of terrorism in the world (Iran) was hurting financially and militarily. The conservative movement was picking up steam, people who had never really given two thoughts about conservatism were starting to open their minds to the idea that less government, more personal responsibility, more liberty and equal opportunities for all could produce better results in their lives than ANY government program ever could. The Blexit movement was making headway in the black community, breaking the chains of the democrat group think that has been so harmful to the black community for decades. Latino’s for Trump were gaining momentum as latino immigrants from oppressive countries such as Cuba, Venezuela, Nicaragua and other Central American countries were starting to recognize the parallels between the democrat party’s platform and the failed policies in the countries they fled from in order to enjoy the abundant liberties we enjoy here in the United States. Every attempt by the dems to destroy President Trump had failed miserably, and all indicators were pointing to a LANDSLIDE VICTORY for President Trump in 2020.

Then it happened….China released the virus and all the success that President Trump had bestowed onto the citizens of the USA evaporated. Almost overnight, the hope and optimism that had been building throughout the country quickly turned to fear and panic. President Trump took immediate action by imposing “travel bans” as a way to limit the spread of the virus from abroad into the US. The dems reacted with their usual pathetic cries of racism and accusations of xenophobia directed at President Trump. Meanwhile, the dems were focused on their ongoing “political theater” in the form of the infamous impeachment sham, far too distracted by their bloodlust for President Trumps destruction, to bring the country together in a united effort to battle the common enemy of the Wuhan virus. In fact, the dems actually viewed the Wuhan virus as an ally, a useful tool in their relentless attempts to destroy the President of the United States and regain political power.

Over the last 6-9 months every wanna-be tyrannical leftist in the country has seized on the opportunity to take advantage of a fearful and confused general public with “Orwellian” edicts and unconstitutional dictates that, sadly, have been largely accepted without question by far too many citizens. The democrat machine used the opportunity to enlist an army of leftist lawyers who waged a preemptive constitutional war against our electoral process in key “battleground” states. They employed their usual tactic of shopping around the district courts to find like minded activist judges who would agree to change our voting system seeking to subvert our political system with things like universal mail in ballots, relaxed voter ID laws, disregarding signature verifications, and extending the voting day deadline by days or even weeks in some cases. All under the banner of ‘Rona virus related “public safety.” It seems as though the Wuhan virus was the perfect “Trojan horse” to fundamentally change the way we vote. These efforts were obviously intended to weaken checks and balances and create conditions to make it more difficult to identify voter fraud. It worked.

Once again the Republican Party was either unable, or unwilling to stop the democrats from tweaking the system just enough to move the goalposts and gain an unfair advantage. I have not lost all hope for the outcome of the 2020 election just yet, President Trump still occupies the White House and he is not anything like the vast majority of spineless GOP “leaders” who have continuously surrendered to everything the dems do or say. Even today we see some of these “weak kneed” RINO’s on the MSM urging President Trump to concede despite all of the obvious irregularities and eyewitness affidavits that testify of blatant voter fraud in all of the key battleground states. The only hope I have to hold onto right now is the fact that President Trump has foiled every attempt by the leftists to destroy him so far. I am cautiously optimistic that he will triumph over them one more time before January 20th. However, President Trump is just one man with a small handful of loyal patriots around him to fight for the preservation of our country and our way of life.

So that brings us back to the original question, where do we go from here? The answer to that question depends on what happens on January 20th. Will inauguration day bring us another term for POTUS #45, or will it bring us POTUS #46. As I said before, I am cautiously optimistic that there will be enough patriots in the SCOTUS and Congress who understand what is really at stake in 2020/2021. Can they muster up the courage to do the right thing, despite knowing that doing the right thing will all but guarantee riots, looting, and mass casualties in the streets? Only time will tell. If the answer is yes, this would be the best case scenario. Although it would undoubtedly bring a painful and chaotic time for America in the short term, it would ultimately preserve election integrity as well as faith in the rule of law among the vast majority of Americans. The danger in this particular outcome is that conservative Americans will fall back asleep enabling the RINO’s, who have given up so much ground to the leftists over the last 30 years, to return to “business as usual” and President Trump will once again be hindered by “so called” conservatives dragging their feet to keep President Trump from putting America first. Even if President Trump prevails in 2021 we must challenge the “old guard” RINO’s in the 2022 midterms. This is obviously the most desirable outcome for the country and for the cause of conservatism.

Win, lose, or draw, the 800lb RINO in the room is the biggest threat to the republic. We all know what the opposition has in mind for our country, they’ve made their intentions abundantly clear, that is not the biggest problem we face. “We the People” can fight back against that ideology. The real problem is this; Those who are supposed to represent the conservative movement have been utterly impotent in slowing down the leftist agenda. We need representatives that will go on the offense instead of constantly playing “prevent defense” and reacting rather than acting boldly. President Trump has given them, and us, a blueprint for how to defeat the leftists. Don’t be afraid to stand up for American values, and don’t be afraid to speak the truth. Throw “political correctness” out the window. Say what you mean and mean what you say. The truth of the matter is that the leftists, the media, and the democrats are going to HATE us no matter what we say, so we might as will speak or minds without apology. This is the only way forward, it’s the only way to advance the conservative agenda. Surrendering to the rage mob must never again be a consideration in the conservative mindset, both on a national level and on an individual level. We can no longer aqueous to the rage mob at any level in our society. That is the biggest lesson I have learned from the Trump presidency.

The worst case scenario is that the SCOTUS and the RINO’s in Congress decide that short term public safety is more important than justice, rule of law, and preserving the long term integrity of our elections. They will choose to back down to the rage mob once again. If this is the case, we will have Joe Biden as POTUS #46 and most likely Harris as POTUS #47 before the end of the Biden’s 1st term. With a Biden/Harris power structure in DC, the “swamp cancer” will undoubtedly metastasize within the deep state. This could lead to permanent changes to our electoral process that will make defeating the democrat power structure nearly impossible over the next couple of decades. This condition would be exaggerated by the absence of a Trump like force of nature spearheading the conservative resistance. I do believe that there are a few conservative elected officials who would fight with veracity. (too few, unfortunately) The RINO’s would cave without so much as a whimper and other conservatives who might have stood with President Trump previously would be under greater attacks by the Biden/Harris power structure with elevated smear tactics and even the possibility of using the FBI, CIA and other intelligence agencies to frame them for crimes they never committed, just as they tried to do with President Trump.

This brings me to a radical conclusion and a controversial suggestion on how “We the People” can work together to take back the power from the DC mafia. It’s my view that if Biden/Harris take power, the existing leadership within the conservative movement will be intimidated into submission by their new overlords. I have always disagreed with those who say that it’s time for a third party. It has always seemed to me, a foolish and naive position to take. Traditionally, it would only be a guarantee for a democrat victory, as illustrated in President Clinton’s reelection in 1996. Ross Perot peeled off a sizable number of fiscal conservatives that paved the way for “Slick Willy’s” 2nd term. I’m not ignorant to the short term losses that a controversial plan like this might bring to the conservative movement as a whole. But, if we’re to take an honest assessment of the results that the “pre Donald Trump” conservative movement has produced in the last 30 years, we must conclude that the leadership within the existing conservative movement has done little to advance our cause during that time frame. In actuality what they have done is to allow, what appears to be, irreparable damage to our cause. They have sat back and allowed the left to rebrand the party of Lincoln, that freed the slaves, as the party of white supremacy. How could anybody in their right mind just sit back and allow this sort of character assassination to take place without any pushback whatsoever? It is the height of absurdity and utterly pathetic. It is beyond excuse, and possibly beyond forgiveness. Is the modern day GOP beyond redemption? Has the party outlived its usefulness? I don’t know, but I do know that without President Trump at the helm, it’s hard to believe that the GOP could be of any consequence, or have any meaningful impact on the newly developing political landscape. A political landscape where President Trump, almost single handedly, has brought to light the inherent inclusiveness of the conservative ideology. In the process, President Trump has opened the eyes of multitudes of people from all walks of life who previously wouldn't have listened to anything conservatives had to say.

I understand that this is a “crazy” idea. Some might even consider it to be nonsensical, but is it possible that it just may be “crazy enough to work?” I implore you, take another couple of minutes and think this through with me. Imagine if you will, Wednesday January 20th, Joe Biden’s inauguration day, the fan fare, the drooling lapdogs in the media falling all over themselves to declare Joe Biden as the savior of the the USA and even more ridiculously, the savior of the entire world. “Lunch-bucket Joe” has his day in the sun……Then on Thursday, January 21st, a massive rally/press conference at the Lincoln memorial where President trump announces his candidacy for President in 2024 in front of tens of thousands of supporters. But this time President Trump announces that he will no longer tolerate infighting and backstabbing from the GOP. His goal is to unite Americans and any patriotic GOP incumbents under the banner of the new “AMERICA FIRST” party. He then goes on to announce that he will be recruiting and backing candidates for this new “America First” party to challenge ALL seats, both democrat and republican, in the 2022 midterms. He announces that he will be holding rallies and fundraising events in each of the 50 states for the next four years to jump start the party that TRULY has Americas best interests in mind. He announces how he intends to fight for “We the People,” to take back our government, every seat of power and influence from the House and Senate all the way down to the local dog catcher’s office. He then makes a public appeal to Americans from all walks of life to commit to getting involved and to take the power back from the DC mafia.

I realize that this might seem like an impossible task. But ask yourself, which is the greater possibility, the possibility that the GOP will turn the political tide in favor of the American people, or the possibility that the American people can turn the tide against the old guard of the GOP and the RINO’s that have turned their backs on America’s interests and values? There has never been a point in time where something this radical could have ever been possible, and it may or may not be possible now. But I believe that if ever there was a window of opportunity to take back our government, it is now.
